Typical sales-listed single family homes in Desert Ridge start in selections of three-bedroom residences with floor areas averaging about 2,300 square feet. The larger options in higher price ranges offer floor plans in the 3,000-square-foot range designed with up to five bedrooms.
Multifamily units offered for sale in this community could be found at the subdivisions of Bella Monte, Fireside, and Toscana at Desert Ridge. Sales listings in these neighborhoods vary from one-bedroom units with living areas of about 800 square feet to three-bedroom condos having floor plans of 2,400 square feet.
