The Kierland Area is a suburb in northern Scottsdale thriving on its superb location off State Route 101 (Pima Freeway) defining this area’s northern and eastern boundaries.
The heart of the Kierland Area is a 730-acre, mixed-use development which include single family and multifamily residences. Some of these homes are new construction, mainly condo units at The Plaza Lofts.
Single family homes for sale in Kierland were built between 1995 and 1998. The floor areas of these residences range from 1,600 to 3,500 square feet. Sales listings of multifamily homes can be found at Kierland Greens which offers 210 apartment-style townhouses. Built from 1998 to 2000, these residences are designed with floor plans in the 1,100–2,200-square-foot range.
In another townhouse neighborhood, Kierland Heritage, the residential units come as one- and two-story units built from 1997 to 1999. The living areas of these townhomes range from 1,600 square feet to 2,400 square feet. At the Lofts, which is located above the Kierland Commons shopping center, condo units have living areas of between 1,100 and 3,900 square feet.
