McCormick Ranch, at 3,100 acres or about 5 square miles, is one of the largest master-planned residential developments in Arizona. The eastern edge of this development at Pima Road, which is parallel to State Route 101, runs from Shea Boulevard down to Indian Bend Road.
Paradise Valley and Gainey Ranch off Scottsdale Road are adjacent west of McCormick Ranch. Indian Bend Road and Old Town Scottsdale South defines this community’s southern boundary, while Shea Boulevard sets its northern border.
